Our Love Story
A burrito. A bold stranger. A lifetime
Chapter I
The Stranger on the Canyon Hill
The sun blazed high and unforgiving. Bass music rolled across the canyon hill in waves, and somewhere in the middle of the crowd, Sadie stood — sun-warmed and happy, burrito in hand, hoping someone would relieve her of the last few bites.
Then he appeared. Not gracefully — he stumbled over to her group, locked eyes with her, and said the thing that would change everything:
"There you are. I've been looking for you."
He finished her burrito. And just like that, he was gone — vanished back into the crowd as quickly as he'd arrived, leaving behind nothing but a question mark and a conspicuously empty tortilla wrapper.
Chapter II
Added to the Group Chat
A group chat notification. A stranger now had a name. What started as a mutual follow became something much harder to explain — hours of FaceTiming, messages that stretched into the early morning, the kind of easy conversation that makes you forget you've only just met.
Then came the flight. He got her a ticket to Connecticut, because some friendships refuse to stay long-distance. She went. They met again for real this time, in person, with daylight and history and nowhere to be. The connection that had crackled through a phone screen turned out to be just as alive in the same room.
What do you call it when you fall for your best friend? Inevitable.
Chapter III
Eloped in Connecticut
The world was in various stages of standing still. And maybe that's why it felt so right, to do something small and certain and entirely their own. What's the harm? they said, half-laughing, fully meaning it.
They eloped in April. No audience, no fanfare — just two people choosing each other quietly, privately, completely. Then they packed everything they owned and drove it across the country to Jacksonville, Florida, where they started a new chapter together: shared coffee, shared chaos, shared everything.
Six years of building something real.
Chapter IV
Now it's time to Celebrate
Six years later, the secret is out, and it's time to make some noise. They've done the quiet, beautiful, private version. Now they want the people they love most, on a beach in Mexico, and a party worth remembering.
They are beyond excited to celebrate, to finally say "we do" in front of everyone who matters, and to make memories that will last a lifetime with you.

Six Years in the Making
It started with a burrito on a canyon hill. It ends — and begins again — on a beach in Mexico, surrounded by everyone we love.
